About the
Prestigious Award
The engineering sector is vital for the Indian economy. It has a share of around 25% of India's merchandise exports and is the country's highest foreign exchange earner and employment generator. India’s engineering exports were at US $ 96.75 billion for the April-January 2024-25 which almost constitues 27% of India's merchandise exports of US $358.91 billion for the same period.
The over 9,500 strong EEPC India member base has had a significant role in this journey. EEPC India was established in 1955 by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, to promote the exports of engineering goods, products and services from India. EEPC India's members have overcome innumerable challenges, the vagaries of global markets and a host of uncertainties to emerge as leading exporters from India. Engineering is one of the sectors that faced the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and emerged as a winner. EEPC India works closely with the Indian exporting community to promote various concepts and bring them closer to technology upgradation, skill development, standards and testing, quality and certifications, to name a few. Two things that helped Indian engineering exports move up the value chain were quality and certifications.
Given the above, EEPC India constituted the EEPC India Quality Awards in 2019 to commemorate and recognize member exporters for their outstanding and significant contributions to the quality field.
EEPC India is happy to bring to you the fifth edition of EEPC India Quality Awards 2025-26. The Award recognizes companies that have significantly contributed to quality promotion in their manufacturing units
